The water we use for our Facials
During every facial, we incorporate pH 6 "beauty water" to enhance hydration and balance the skin's pH levels, elevating your facial experience.
This mildly acidic water is renowned for its astringent properties, making it an excellent choice for delicate cleansing and beauty care. Experience the revitalizing effects for yourself.
3
Reducing Plastic for our treatments
We opt for pH 7 water for our steam treatments to maintain water balance and minimize plastic consumption.
This eco-conscious choice eliminates the need for purchasing gallons of distilled water, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
4
How we clean
We prioritize sustainability and safety by utilizing Strong Acidic pH 11 water for comprehensive cleaning and disinfection throughout our location.
Additionally, we employ pH 6 water for cleaning windows and glass surfaces. This proactive approach not only eliminates the need for toxic products but also significantly reduces our reliance on plastics. Your well-being and environmental impact are our top priorities.
The 5 Types of Water
1
Strong pH 11
Not for drinking. Strong Kangen Water preserves hygiene in your daily life due to its strong cleaning effect. It has dissolving and heat conducting benefits. Usage: food preparation and cleaning.
2
Kangen Water pH 8.5-9.5
This type of water is perfect for drinking and healthy cooking. This electrolytically-reduced, hydrogen-rich water works to restore your body to a more alkaline state, which is optimal for good health. Usage: drinking, food preparation, coffee and tea, soups and stews, and watering plants.
Kangen Water is also friendly to your budget and to the Environment. Forget about buying and storing all those expensive plastic water bottles!
3
Clean pH 7
Free of chlorine, rust and cloudiness. Neutral water is delicious drinking water. Usage: preparing baby food, taking medication.
4
Beauty Water pH 4-6
Not for drinking. This slightly acidic water is recognized for its astringent effects. It's terrific to use for gentle cleaning and beauty care. Usage: face wash, hair care, pet care, polishing, cleaning, and preserving frozen food.
Kangen Water is also friendly to your budget and to the Environment. Forget about buying and storing all those expensive plastic water bottles!
5
Strong Acidic Water pH 2.7
Not for drinking. This water has cleansing properties. Use Strong Acidic Water to clean kitchen utensils, countertops, and more to prevent cross-contamination. Usages: cleaning and reducing germs, hygiene, and commercial operation.
How Tap Water Becomes Kangen
Step 1: Filtration
The internal High Grade Filter filters chlorine, unpleasant taste and odor, and reduces sediments up to 5 micrometers to produce Clean Water.
Step 2: Electrolysis
The filtered water moves through several electrode plates and membranes, separating into acidic and alkaline parts. It is split into OH- (hydroxid ions) and H+ (hydrogen ions).
The hydrogen ions react with electrons given by the cathode (– charged electrode), forming H2, molecular Hydrogen. Hydroxid ions remain, making the water more alkaline around the cathode. Conversely, close to the anode (+ charged electrode), hydroxid ions give electrons to the anode, eventually forming O2 (Oxygen). Hydrogen ions remain, making the water more acidic around the anode. The two kinds of water are separated by membranes and released through different hoses.

The properties of Kangen Water
Hydrogen Rich
Water that is Hydrogen rich has a high concentration of Molecular Hydrogen (H2). Molecular Hydrogen acts as an efficient antioxidant that diffuses rapidly across cell membranes and can reduce free radicals, suppressing oxidative stress.
Through the process of electrolysis, your tap water becomes Hydrogen rich Kangen Water®.
Antioxidant
Oxidation reactions in the body can produce free radicals, while antioxidants terminate these reactions. Elevated rates of oxidants and insufficient antioxidants in the body cause oxidative stress. A constant supply of external sources of antioxidants should be part of one‘s daily diet, to reduce oxidative stress and related damage. This is why everyone should not only care about the quantity of the water we drink, but also about the quality. Both are essential for our wellbeing.
Alkaline
As with most things in life, optimal health begins with balance. Our bodies must maintain a pH balance of 7.365, which is slightly alkaline. A pH scale is used to determine whether a substance is acidic or alkaline. On this scale 7.0 is neutral. Anything above 7 is considered alkaline and anything below 7 is considered acidic.
Negative ORP
Hydrogen rich water is characterised by exhibiting a negative ORP. A high ORP value (in positive numbers), indicates that a substance has a higher oxidizing potential. In generalised terms, for humans a positive or high ORP is better for the outside of the body (cleaning and sanitizing). A low ORP value (in negative numbers) indicates that a substance has a higher antioxidizing potential, and is preferred for oral consumption. Just like pH, ORP values are an important measurement for determining the quality of water.
